A Day in the Life: February 2017

A Day in the Life is a linkup in which bloggers share about their day-to-day lives.

Before I started writing this, I was:

Contemplating skipping this month after considering postponing it. To avoid crickets from panicking, it’s because

  • no one but me seems to be doing this,
  • uploading images is a pain, and
  • I have not been having a great past few days.

Thankfully, I uploaded all the months’ images in bulk.

Something I love about myself today is:

My initiative to get more organised. My PTSD hit hard this year, the tenth anniversary, and I struggled to keep up with my days, more so with what was and wasn’t reality. A digital calendar to confirm the date isn’t working anymore.

Something good that happened today:

I did two logic puzzles. I try to do one daily, plus a Sudoku puzzle, to stay sharp. ??

On my to-do list for tomorrow is:

Change my sheets, vacuum.

A random moment from today:

The printer spit out fifteen pages of stuff set to print in January, then wouldn’t work for me. I had to delete, then reinstall, the drive. So fun.

3 things I’m currently in love with:

  1. The CW app (most my shows are on it ?)
  2. “DreamWorks Dragons: Race to the Edge” (Netflix)
  3. Warmth. I’ve had a fever off and on the past few weeks. Don’t judge me. ?

I love this as an idea of sharing about my day – I’ll play next month if I can figure out how.

Hope you’re doing better, physically and mentally, today

The initiative is always a good start :). It’s been ages since I’ve done a sudoku @__@. I am totally missing out on all of the great shows from the CW. I have a lot of catching up to do ;). Printer drivers are not fun to deal with! Then again, any malfunctioning drivers are not fun to deal with @___@. Other than that, it sounds like you had a pretty good day ;).

I’m SO going to join the linkup this time! 🙂 Perfect excuse to start being active on my personal blog again. Not sure I’ll make it tomorrow, but definitely this week.

Getting organized is such a big pain when you don’t know how your mind and body will behave the next day, let alone a whole week. x_x What planning method are you using?

Netflix looks really cool! We recently change ISP and we got a 1-month free trial. My family already used it and they loved it; I’ll give it a try this weekend.

Printers are seriously so evil. I have found that over the past twenty years of using computers that printers have always been so happy to do their own thing… whhhhy.

Smart move to upload the images! For me, that part is a pain too. Even if it’s just one image for one post. Sometimes I forget until the end, and I’m like, “…oh”.

I’m sorry about the printer. I can see how that might become a funny story in a matter of weeks though. Printers are damn weird. Nick’s printer at home printed something that he tried to print from work. Totally creepy.

Big hugs ❤️
