Bits and bobs from my January.
I was diagnosed with allergies in 2013 when I came back from visiting family and wasn’t getting any better. My allergy diagnostics changed my life, but brought new challenges regarding my eating disorder.
My auto-injector is carried with me everywhere.
I’ve been so excited about Enjoy Life’s rebrand to teal, the color for allergy awareness! I’ve also been excited about sampling their new bars. So when I saw they had a trial pack full of goodies for $15, I jumped on that ASAP.
The Gluten-Free and Allergen-Friendly Exposition is coming to Dallas again this year. The countdown has begun.~
My recap from last year’s GFAF Expo in Dallas 😍
📷 This post is photo-heavy.
It’s National Eating Disorder Awareness Week.
Because I’m someone you know, I’m sharing my own struggle with an eating disorder.
Last month, I focused a lot on my blog and Net Neutrality and seldom else. I also met my newest cousin and gave NaNoWriMo one final try.
The Dallas GFAF Expo is here, and I’m super EXCITED. This is what I’m looking forward to most…
This story is not for the faint of heart. I remember the night like it was five minutes ago—bloody, scary and teary-eyed.
