A blog meme is a single- or multi-post series bloggers used to participate frequently. Typically consisting of survey- or list-related topics, blog memes allowed bloggers to share a little more of themselves with the world.
Linkups are similar to memes, but typically allow bloggers to submit their posts via a form by a service that then displays those links (hence the name).
